You might feel lost, angry, sad, or just overwhelmed by it all. And that’s okay. What you're going through is tough, and it's okay to not have all the answers.

This is a space just for you—a place where you can connect with other teens who understand what you are going through. You don’t have to explain yourself here. Everyone in this group is dealing with something similar, so we understand what it’s like to juggle everything.

  • Once you sign up, you’ll join a series of monthly meetups where we’ll dive into important topics like fear, stress, and coping strategies. Each meetup includes guided conversations, creative activities, and support from peers and mentors. You’ll also have access to a private online chat for ongoing connection between sessions.

  • This community meets primarily in person with the option of meeting virutally depending on your location.

You’ll also hear from guest speakers—experts and survivors—who share valuable insights and encouragement. These sessions are designed to give you the tools and support you need to cope with your parent’s diagnosis.

  • We offer a FREE Discovery Call so you can learn more and see if the community is a good fit for you. After that, the cost for 4 two-hour sessions is $550, with sliding scale options available for those who need financial support. We’re committed to making this community accessible, so don’t hesitate to reach out if cost is a concern.

  • That’s okay! You don’t have to share anything you’re not comfortable with. This space is about supporting you where you’re at. You can listen, join in when you're ready, and engage at your own pace.

  • Each session lasts for two hours and is held once a month on the first Monday. This gives you time to absorb the support and strategies before the next session.
