It’s overwhelming, and no one prepares you for how to help your teen process their emotions while you’re fighting your own battle. That’s where Connected by Cancer comes in.
We provide a safe, supportive community designed specifically for teens who have a parent facing cancer. This is a place where they can express their feelings freely, connect with others who understand, and develop healthy ways to cope with the uncertainty and stress that come with a parent's diagnosis.

$550 for 4 Two-Hour Sessions – Our community meets on the first Monday of every month from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, with the first session starting on June 2nd, 2025.

We keep our community small and intimate to ensure that everyone receives personalized support. Each group typically consists of 8-12 teens, allowing for meaningful conversations and stronger connections.

Once you sign up, you’ll join a series of monthly meetups where we’ll dive into important topics like fear, stress, and coping strategies. Each meetup includes guided conversations, creative activities, and support from peers and mentors. You’ll also have access to a private online chat for ongoing connection between sessions.
