THERAPY FOR YOUNG ADULTS, ADULTS, & FAMILIES IN GREENVILLE/SIMPSONVILLE, SC
Getting started can feel intimidating. Let’s look at how therapy works so you know what to expect.
How It Works
1. Book a Free Consultation
Ready to take the first step? Let's set up a free 15 minute consultation. This is where we'll get to know each other better and see if we're a good fit. You can ask me anything you want, and we'll chat about what brings you to therapy and what you're hoping to achieve.
2. Schedule Your Initial Intake
After our chat, if you're ready to dive in, we'll schedule your first session – the initial intake. During this appointment, we'll dive deeper into your story, discuss any assessments or questionnaires, and set goals for our work together. We'll also figure out how often we should meet to best support your journey.
3. Follow-Up Appointments
Once we've had our initial intake session, we'll keep the momentum going with regular follow-up appointments. These typically happen weekly, giving us a chance to check in on your progress, address any challenges, and fine-tune our approach. Our goal is to work together until you feel confident and empowered to navigate life's challenges.

Therapy is like making a financial investment in yourself, providing you with the tools, support, and insight to live a life you're passionate about.
